The L06 – L16 AC series of counterbalanced pallet stackers are an efficient handling solution for stacking and transporting small and medium loads. They are used where there is not enough space for a lift truck with support arms or the transport distance is too short for an electric forklift truck. Thanks to the precise and dynamic power steering, the L06 – L16 AC series is extremely maneuverable and versatile. Fitted with ISO standard forks, the trucks can handle all types of pallets. The long, low-mounted tiller protects the operator by providing sufficient safety clearance from the chassis. Safety is also ensured by the automatically adjusted driving behavior in curves and by the clear view of the load.

Safety
The long, low-mounted tiller of the L06 – L16 AC series ensures sufficient safety distance between the driver and the chassis. Thanks to the special all-round design of the tiller head the operator's hands are protected. The deep chassis of the series prevents the operator's feet from being trapped under the truck. When cornering, the truck automatically adjusts its speed and prevents possible overturning. The L06 - L16 AC series brakes automatically as soon as the operator releases the steering console on the tiller. An easy-to-reach emergency stop switch interrupts all truck circuits and immediately releases the electromechanical brake.

Ergonomics
All controls are ergonomically integrated into the tiller head, including those used to control the movement of the lift mast. The double-handle steering control can be operated with both hands to enable precise and comfortable handling of the truck. All buttons on the control console are freely accessible and can be operated by light pressure with the fingertip. All functions can thus be effortlessly operated, even when wearing thick gloves. Thanks to the long tiller, the trucks are easy to drive and maneuver in small spaces. The L06 – L16 AC series offers a generous storage compartment for work equipment such as scanners, gloves, and pens. A DIN A4 clipboard can also be attached to a special holding clamp.

Handling
With its dynamic and precise power steering, the L06 – L16 AC series is particularly characterized by its maneuverability, which makes load handling in cramped conditions much easier. The speed of the truck is controlled by the operator via the tilt angle of the tiller. Thanks to the ISO standard forks, the L06 – L16 AC series can accommodate all types of pallets and mesh boxes. The compact and powerful 2.3 kW AC drive enables speeds up to 6 km/h. A starting aid avoids backward rolling when starting on a slope. The wide range of standard, duplex, and triplex masts ensures high residual capacities in the range of 600 to 2000 kilograms.

Service
The multifunction display provides the operator with all important truck parameters and offers useful additional functions such as a service display, battery charge status, operating hours counter and an alarm function. Service technicians benefit from the CAN bus connection, through which all truck data can be transferred to a laptop and then read out and analyzed. The L06 – L16 AC series has been designed so that the main technical components of the truck are freely accessible. The maintenance-free technology of the AC drive enables maintenance intervals of up to 1000 operating hours.

Lift Speed Booster
For applications where there is a high proportion of lifting, the Lift Speed Booster is available as an option, with which the lifting speed can be increased by 33%.
Tiltable mast (+ 1° / - 6°)
The tilting control of the lifting mast (available for the trucks L10/12/16 AC) is particularly recommended for the transport of pallets, rolls, and cartons. The forward inclination helps with load pick-up and the reverse inclination makes transport easier. The inclination of the mast prevents the load from easily slipping forward off the fork arms when braking.
Lateral battery change
The lateral battery replacement with roller bearings enables quick changes, especially for use in multi-shift operation. When laterally changing a battery using a roller conveyor in the battery compartment, a lever helps to eject the battery by pulling the battery (3 & 4 PzS) onto a changing rack or trolley.
Soft landing function of the fork carriage
The soft-landing function prevents the load from being set down too abruptly and causing damage. It automatically reduces the lifting speed before reaching the ground and gently lowers the load.
